There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself ...

Such a special cottage and it was so easy to make the short walk to the high street. We had everything we needed and Maggie provided so much helpful information and precious welcome gifts. This made our first trip to the UK absolutely perfect. Perfect stay.
