“Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. Ich würde dort immer wieder……

“Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. Sehr nette Vermieter! Vielen Dank an Astrid, Martin und Debbie für den schönen Urlaub.”

“A beautiful secluded property in the lovely Pelekas village. Not easy to access the beach without a car but the view from the property is outstanding. A few maintenance issues, but nothing that really impacted us (tv not working, pool light out, one toilet not working) and easily fixed I imagine. Lorenco property manager very kind. Having the entire villa and pool to ourselves was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen but no pantry staples, although eating out in the village is a better option……

“Modest villa but worked well for us. Great location. We preferred it to the other side of San Stefanos as the roads were easier to navigate. Close to brilliant supermarket Nikos who deliver for free.”

“We spent a fantastic week at Don’s villa in October. Our group consisted of me, my husband, our two children, my sister and my mum and dad, who are in their 70s. The villa was so spacious and gave us all our own space. The views from the villa are spectacular. My parents found the hill up to the villa a bit of a challenge, but they took their time and managed it every day. The villa is a 10-15 minute walk into town. Having travelled all over but never anywhere in Greece, Kassiopi has quickly……

“The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. We watched the sun set in the ocean from the main balcony. The pool area was where we spent most of our time, with BBQ, oven, dishwasher, toilet……

“Lovely property with great views , lovely swimming pool and balcony, has parking space ample tables and chairs. It is approximately a 15 minute fairly steep walk from the main road and well stocked supermarket with car hire .”

“The property itself is beautiful. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, we only needed hair conditioner. The pool was very clean. The extra shed house is across the street out the gate, not suitable for children FYI. We enjoyed our stay except it was very far from old town, took us at least 30 minutes, we are from the US though, so we are not as accustomed to driving. The road is very bumpy and lots of construction. There is one restaurant that looked nice, other than that the small……

“Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf Korfu. Das Haus ist groß und für eine kleine Gruppe ideal, es kam einmal eine Putzfrau und hat alles auf Vordermann gebracht und der Pool wurde in der Woche ebenfalls zweimal gesäubert. Der Check in und die Kommunion klappt super, wir haben sogar ein paar erste Lebensmittel und Wasser im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Allerdings muss man auch ein paar Abschläge hinnehmen. So ist das Haus schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und es sollte mal wieder etwas in die……

“Lovely two bedroom villa with good air con throughout. Views not quite as good as photos. Rocky start to stay as arrived at 1am and no house sign as it had fallen down. Lovely stay. Ten mins walk to beach but 20 minutes steep walk back.”

“I stayed at Cote Jardin Villa this month (Sept 2023) with my three sisters. We were enthralled with the location, the villa itself, the garden and pool area, in fact, the whole experience has left us with lots of wonderful memories, memories that we shall cherish, forever... The delightful host, Chris, was there to greet us and to show us around, he left us a fabulous 'welcome box' full of local goodies and a lovely chilled bottle of wine. He was on hand at all times to sort anything that needed……

“Good place to stay, nice view of the mountains and the sea. High up on the hill so you do have a good walk everyday to get to the beach. Only 7 mins and all downhill.”

“You can believe all the other reviews about this property - we would give it more than 5 stars if we could. Anastasia was a fabulous host & was always available if we needed something - either on WhatsApp or at the property. We stayed in one of the Grand Suites in Mid-April 2024. The rooms were clean & full of little touches you’d expect in a 5 star property. They even left dishwasher tablets just in case you needed to use it. The lounge was large, comfortable & clean with high end furnishings.……

“This hotel was one of the best I've stayed at! Upon entering into this luxurious and new hotel, I was welcomed by the most amazing staff (Nikol and Nikolina). My suite was like having my very own condo. Very clean, plush, brand name toiletries, a welcome basket and Easter gifts, not to mention it was equipped with kitchen area, which included a stove top, mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen utensils and plateware.
