First trip as a family of 3

First holiday with our 8 month old and we really enjoyed ourselves! Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was great - just beware, evening entertainment can be quite loud and can be heard through the windows if you have young babies (we were in deluxe sea view room). The stage was right in front of our room. Having said that, a great view to enjoy the entertainment in the comfort of your room balcony! Great variety of food which was all of good quality. Would definitely visit again!

From check in to check out, everything was lovely. Greeted with the biggest smile in the reception and accompanied to the room while receiving brief information about the hotel. Room was perfect with everything you could’ve wished for. The smiles continued in the restaurant. A big hotel but still felt small and private enough. Location was superb, very close to Antik Side with the promenade. Would definitely come back again.

Really fantastic! Third visit and best yet!

It’s hard to beat this hotel for quality of staff, facilities, food, drinks, room comfort, and everything else. And at this price point it represents amazing value with everything included! I come to Turkey now just to stay here, three years in a row so far, and more to come I’m sure. I’m only home a day and already missing being right on edge of Med., watching sunset from jacuzzi on balcony and then the stars coming out. Highly recommend! All rooms are good quality but worth going for upgrade. They also recognise Hotels.com Gold members unlike many other hotels. Also great location. Apart from being right on beach, to which staff will bring complimentary drinks from the bar, it’s a nice walk along the shore to the Temple of Apollo (photo) and other ruins. Really quiet at night. Lots of cats, like all around Side, but they are clean and add some colour and make great photos.

Honeymoon holiday ruined!

We had a great time at this beautiful hotel with an exceptional service until we came back one day after our dinner and realized my wedding ring which was left in the room was gone after the evening room turndown service. I must admit that I made a mistake leaving it on the main desk but I just dont like wearing jewellery at all so I didnt realize it until we came back to the room and it was gone. We reported it to the reception, provided some photos that I had it during our stay and they checked with housekeeping but I felt like they didnt take it too seriously and made me feel like I just made up some story. We checked everything and everywhere a few times but it is still nowhere to be found. Don't know what to think about this. I learned my lesson.

I wholeheartedly recommend this all-inclusive resort for an unforgettable getaway. The food, entertainment, and drinks were absolutely top-notch, ensuring every moment was enjoyable. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel truly pampered. The spa offered a unique experience—don't miss the Turkish bath and treat yourself to at least a 90-minute massage. The views of the Mediterranean are simply breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beaches are lovely, and the pool, along with its amenities, is fantastic for unwinding. This resort truly has everything for a memorable vacation.

Happy in paradise

Fabulous Hotel , great food cocktails and luxurious rooms. Service exceptional and the food in the Safir restaurant was fantastic. Our room had partial sea view and the only criticism is we looked directly onto rooms opposite . I would recommend full sea view rokms which do not have this minor issue . All in all a fabulous two night break.

The staff, food, and cleanliness were excellent. However, the Instagram page appears to have a playground, and this is not the case for this hotel. They are advertising these amenities in this hotel where in fact they are in another hotel from the Barut Collection(Hemera). Resulting in a slight disappointment in the enjoyment of our stay for my son. A big positive was the two employees from the KidsClub as they made my son's vacation a bit better due to the lack of the above-mentioned amenities.
