"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff. The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many.
