“Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également.
Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer.
Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre.
Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen.
Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement.”

“J’ai pas l’habitude de laisser des avis mais je voudrais laisser les choses positives et les choses à améliorer
L’hotel est bien placé avec des personnels très accueillant et gentils
La sécurité est présent il y’a plusieurs choses à revoir car c’est quand même un hôtel à 5 étoile c’est pas normale que tu rentre dans une chambre et que la climatisation a un soucis
avec plusieurs réclamation on devait changer de chambre
Mais l’accueil etait a notre écoute et a fait le nécessaire

“I can't fault the place other than after ringing the bells, telephoning and banging on the big metal gate I could get no response. I nearly gave up after half an hour but I persivered and asked for help at a nearby shop. I was the only guest but they cooked me a tagine and got me breakfast too. Very nice place and room. Once I got in all was good.”
