A lovely studio condo in the heart of Sidney. Very clean and comfortable with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Walkability is excellent- shops, restaurants and the water. We appreciated the option of undergroundparking. The host was exceptional!! Immediate responses to all our inquiries. Highly recommended.

Great location, nice building. Would suggest a few bedside lamps, the overhead lights are much to bright to read by. We only had one & a half rolls of toilet paper for four days which wasn’t enough. No info on parking except to use the street or pay extra for parkade but some helpful residents from the building showed us the available parking space at the back of the building.

DO NOT stay here. the accommodation is stuffy and overlooks a parking lot. The only window opening is over the parking lot and car fumes spew into the suite. It is questionable that this unit even complies with BC Building Code standards.
The window is blocked so it cannot open more than an inch or so. We are looking up at it here (open to max) from the parking lot below.
Can't really measure the opening as it is blocked to only open this far as there is also a screen on it further reducing air flow. Fumes from cars below come in.
The only window in this place opens only an inch and overlooks parking lot and right into numerous other suites.

We were sorry to leave!

Great location within walking distance of everything in Sidney centre, great coffee-shops, 250m from fish market at end of pier, sea-shore & marina and 10mins from Mary Winspear Centre w its very varied program of live events. Fully equipped kitchen including food processor and only lacking scissors.Very comfortable bed. Some consumables short for our 2-week stay eg tp, dish soap, shower soap. If you have a car, ask if there are vacancies in the basement Parking lot as on the street you'll be 1-2 blocks away and obliged to change location every 24hours.
