Spacious cottage for 8 people in a secluded location, about 6 km from the village center Siegsdorf away, on the mountain at 750m altitude offers a unique view of the Chiemgau mountains to the Chiemsee. The house is a quiet oasis with panoramic views over the Chiemgau. You can expect a fully renovated and comfortable 150 m2 holiday home on two levels, on a large-not fenced-plot.

GROUND FLOOR - living room
Large light-filled living room with mountain views and access to the terrace has a 55 "flat screen satellite TV + BlueRay / DVD player, stereo compact system, Wi-Fi included and a cozy couch landscape. There are also various board games for young and old and a colorful bookshelf for browsing.

GROUND FLOOR - kitchen and dining area
Cook and enjoy in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 8 people. Facilities include u. a. Floor heating, dishwasher, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, egg cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Tea towels, dish soap, tabs, baking paper, filter bags, kitchen roll, trash bags and spices are also included. A high chair is available on request.

GROUND FLOOR - bath
The completely renovated bathroom has a bathtub, barierrefreie shower with rain shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet, hair dryer, towel warmer and underfloor heating. Upon arrival is per person a towel and a bath towel ready. Toilet paper, facial tissues, various cosmetics, first aid kit and hand soap are also provided.

GROUND FLOOR - bedroom 1
The cozy bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200cm), a large closet with safe and access to the terrace with blind.

GROUND FLOOR - bedroom 2
The small bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x200cm), a large closet and a great view of the mountains. You will also find many games for the kids.

UPPER FLOOR - bedroom 3
The bedroom 3 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, underfloor heating, a skylight and a small corner seat for max. 6 people for a comfortable stay or as a retreat.

UPPER FLOOR - bedroom 4
The bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200cm) with integrated lighting, a wardrobe, two windows with blinds and great views. There are also two comfortable armchairs to read or relax in.

UPPER FLOOR - bath
The newly renovated bathroom has underfloor heating, towel warmer, a sink, shower (with rain shower) and toilet, hair dryer and a lighted mirror.

Further equipment
lockable garage (not suitable for bus, too low, max. VW Caddy!) and parking at the house, lockable side room for skis or bicycles, sheltered terrace with barbecue with grill accessories!, Playground and lawn with play tower with swing and slide for the little ones, an outdoor games box and six deck chairs. Washing machine and iron / ironing board are available in the basement.
