「Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects.」

「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. 「Everything perfect the only thing」

「Perfect stay for the cintrada festivity season! Great location! The staff member was very nice, the room stayed cool at night in the middle of the heat wave. Bathroom was not in the room, it we knew that when we booked, it was fine. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast had lots of cakes and pastries. The best part was the feel, big open room, exposed beams, and cool floors. Siena is a special place, but being to stay overnight here made it so much more worth it!」

「Perfect location. But the Summer room did not have a shower enclosure which made it difficult to shower properly. Plus a lot of steps and a very, very slow and claustrophobic elevator.」
