In the heart of Siena with a large terrace. Free Wi-Fi. The house, used until recently by an Italian family, provides depth of experience with fine furniture and modern comforts, heirlooms from travels, books and magazines. Non-noisy. Pets are allowed before asking.
In an enviable position, the house is a few steps away from the Dome of Siena, Piazza del Campo, as well as many other historical and cultural attractions. You will be delighted by the beautiful terrace that offers a unique view of Siena, where you can enjoy a lovely sunset. The house is bright and quiet: it is like being in the historical center of an old city but feeling like it is in the countryside. In the house you can feel the powerful and strong traditions of the welcoming medieval city.
The house offers two comfortable bed rooms, a cozy living room, a well equipped kitchen, a studio, and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the household appliances for your own comfort: washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, boiler, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, and a safe with a combination. Nicely ventilated and fresh during summer. However, heat is available during the colder months. Wi-fi and television are provided. Mattresses and pillows are new and comfortable. The kitchen has dishes and pots to cook and dine with. The whole house and the terrace where it is possible to eat and enjoy the sunset. It could have been a nice space to let your kids play.

Casa WOW

Casa WOW is in a perfect location for exploring Siena. Although it is close to the Duomo and the Campo, it is exceptionally quiet. The apartment is everything you would want, and of course the terrace is the WOW factor. Hosts both very helpful, especially as we were a bit late checking in owing to flight delays etc.

An Artful Taste of Siena

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The panoramic view of the old city from the terrace is certainly a feature, and the terrace itself is so lovely and comfortable that we were tempted some days to just enjoy a morning afternoon or evening there with some locally purchased food and wine. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped, with a full, functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lots of storage, laundry facilities, and a couple of well-appointed sitting rooms. Host Emanuela and her sister Francesca were very welcoming and helpful in pointing out things to do and see in Siena. To top it off, the owners' art collection, spread throughout every room of the home, is exceptionally tasteful and intriguing, making the space very unique and special. The apartment is a short walk from excellent restaurants and the most beautiful sights and experiences one would expect from this city, but the space itself is so delightful you might be tempted to just stay in.

Absolutely excellent!

I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return. Can’t wait!

Amazing

My wife and I stayed here for a month and it was one of the best times of our lives. Siena is the Goldilocks town of Italy: not too big, not too small, lots of wonderful art but also lots of ordinary people live there. Easy day trips to Pienza, Monteriggioni, Montepulciano (forget San Gimignano - too crowded), but it was always wonderful to return to this house and its terrace. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside with a view of San Domenico and the moon rising beside the Torre Mangia. Do it, but leave some open dates for us to return.

The apartment and the terrace is like a dream! Very clean and nice and the view from the large terrace is stunning! Emanuela, the host is so nice and caring. Beautiful Clean Apartment in Siena with incredible view

Casa WOW was amazing! The location was fantastic for making trips around Tuscany. Francesca set us up with a company for drivers and they were fantastic! One picked us up at the airport and another took us to an evening winery visit. Siena is a beautiful city and you’ll want to stay over because the best time to be there is in the morning and evening when the big crowds have left. This apartment was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed time on the beautiful terrace. One morning we even saw a hot air balloon go by. We enjoyed hearing the bells toll throughout the day. Thank you for a lovely visit Francesca and Emanuela!

A vista to die for

Very central location in Siena, especially for the Palio and a quiet block. The piece de la resistance is the large terrace with early morning and late afternoon sun, it’s glorious. Modern bathroom and kitchen, antiques and art a-plenty. Basic food items like oil, herbs etc were available in the kitchen which was well stocked with pans to cook for the three of us. We found the beds extremely comfortable. It was very hot when we were there so the three fans provided were welcome on an evening. The hosts were very responsive to messages and congenial. There is a corner shop close by whose owner is a delight - do use it. (The refuse system is amazing - wish all countries operated the same.)

Great terrace!

This was a great property close to the centre of Siena with exceptional hosts. It was clean, wonderfully decorated with an artist's touch and bright and airy. The biggest and most exceptional feature for us was the terrace! A wonderful place for morning coffee, an afternoon Aperol Spritz or laughing about the day's adventures. A must stay location!

Picturesque stay in the heart of Siena

Comfortable, spacious apartment with convenient amenities and a wonderful, scenic location in the center of Siena. Excellent for immersing oneself among the medieval cityscapes and rich community of the area. Only a few minutes walk to the main sights and fantastic dining experiences of Siena. The only difficulty is if you are driving into the city, you cannot drive straight to front of the apartment, so you will need to arrange for paid public parking and a possible taxi ride to the apartment. Otherwise our hosts were very lovely, readily available for questions, and helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. Highly recommended!

A wonderful apartment in the city center

Our stay at Casa WOW was simply terrific. Our hostess Francesca was welcoming and attentive, always available by text or phone to help us with any details, such as reservations, restaurant suggestions, etc. The apartment has a great terrace with a breathtaking view. What’s more, it’s located just a 3-4 minute walk from the Campo and literally in the shadow of the Duomo. The apartment is spacious and well designed, plus it has a shower that won’t befuddle the average American!!! Two thumbs up for Casa WOW and our hostess. We’ll be back.
