Non mi aspettavo una struttura così. Immaginavo una camera con letto e un bagno. Invece due grandi camere, soffitti affrescati, un bel bagno, molto pulito. Il salotto grande e la camera da letto ancora di più. Io, da essenzialità, avrei fatto due camere da letto, non una sola... L'accoglienza e i rapporti con i proprietari davvero ottimi, persone sempre cordiali e disponibili. La colazione davvero ottima. Peccato solo i rumori che arrivavano dalla gente in strada, i vetri non sono antirumore, ma è davvero un piccolo dettaglio. A un passa dal centro, davvero ottimo, al di là delle mie attese.

Struttura trasandandata con scarsa manutenzione. Non c'è bidet in bagno.

La Struttura é in un contesto stupendo, vicinissima a piazza del campo, l'edificio é antico e ristrutturato, purtroppo la stanza e la sala buffet sono sistemate in modo approssimativo, gli interni decisamente rovinati e non manutenuti. Il bagno é piccolissimo e senza bidet.

We loved the location, just a few blocks from the piazza where we watched the palio horserace trials - super convenient The staff was very helpful, really bending over backward to get us a cab at an extremely busy time of year.

Good Siena Hotel

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the receptionist "Vincenzo" who was so friendly and helpful. We had a special request and he fulfilled that as asked for. He provided us with helpful information about Siena and always greeted us with a friendly attitude and smile. We had only one negative experience; the day we left our train wasn't until evening so Vincenzo allowed us to leave our luggage in the office. He informed us he had to leave at two PM but we could use the lobby floor toilet for changing and refreshing before our journey. The receptionist who replaced him was terrible. He was so rude and nasty to us he made us feel like we were unwanted intruders. We departed feeling like our over-all positive experience at the hotel had been blemished by one person. The hotel should be informed.

Quaint hotel in downtown Siena

This is an older hotel that has not been renovated but is still in decent shape. One half of my bed seemed to have issues. Being in downtown Siena, it was pretty noisy outside even later into the night. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is friendly. Be aware that you will have a city tax that you have to pay in cash, a fact that surprised me as I went to check out.

Trostlos und lieblos

Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. Auf dem Onlineauftritt sieht alles toll aus und auch der Renaissance Style wird angedeutet, aber in der Realität ist es erbärmlich. Mein erstes Zimmer, im Parterre, keine Aussicht, roch nach Klo, war abgenutzt und machte einen schmutzigen Eindruck. Das zweite Zimmer im dritten Stock, tolle Aussicht, roch besser, aber die Wände und der Boden waren im gleichen schlechten Zustand. Beide Badezimmer waren solala. Das Bett ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück wird in einem hässlich eingerichteten Raum serviert. Von 8 bis 10 Uhr und ist nicht wirklich gut. Dosenobst, Käseaufschnitt, Schinkenaufschnitt, Toastbrot, ein paar Ceralien, Konfitüre in Plastik, etwas Patisserie. Der Service hielt sich dezent zurück. Hier wird einfach nur Geld mit Übernachtungen verdient. Es geht nicht um mehr.
