We loved being at Nerva, and it truly was close to the Nerve center of Rome. Such comfortable rooms and amenities - breakfast, after dinner, in and out privileges! We could walk to the sites and yet enjoy pleasantly lively streets in the evening. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by just out the door! The staff as Nerva is engaging and friendly. Everyone seemed to be happy to represent! We actually had 3 rooms with family along and everything was perfect! Loved our stay. Would not hesitate to book it again!

不滿：登記入住和聯絡溝通
Check in was not smooth, the main door didn’t open as instructed, box was broken. We called many times, sent multiple messages, and waited on the street for over 20 minutes. Owner finally responded, but with no apology, and the box was still broken five days later, when we checked out. Location was good. Value was poor. Too expensive for what it was.
