The apartment is located on the first floor of the historic main villa and offers spacious and elegant interiors. It features three bedrooms: two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one bedroom with a single bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The apartment also includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a separate dining room, and two spacious living rooms, one of which has direct access to a private garden terrace reserved exclusively for guests. The house has two separate entrances, both accessible by stairs.
