Overall, this property is not at all what the VRBO description would indicate. Most importantly, it is NOT a 10 minute walk from the Piazza del Campo. It is a 25 to 30 minute walk depending on your age and pace. As for the accommodations, the pictures do not reflect the reality of the space. We are are in our 60s and well traveled. We enjoy coming back to a comfortable space at the end of a day. This space is not that. The sofa is much smaller than the picture would indicate. There are no side tables or any lighting other than a bright white overhead in the "living area" There are no smart TVs in any room in the place. One regular TV that has no options available other than local Italian programming. The towels and linens are NOTHING like what is shown in the pictures. The bed linens are old and do not match. The mattresses are unbelievably uncomfortable. The bed covers are well worn and do not match. There was no packet of information describing the use of the appliances, internet or instructions for recycling and trash removal. If there is a hot tub and games available as the property description indicates, there is no way to know where they are. The shower bath amenities shown in the pictures are non existent. In short, It simply is not what it is advertised to be. There are no verified reviews on the vrbo page, however there are reviews similar to this one on other sites.
