Beautiful Family Getaway

We had an amazing time! The beach was beautifully calm with tons of fish. Even spotted a Manatee swimming close by. Condo was perfect for our family.

Great experience

This 3 bedroom beachfront condo on the third floor is awesome. The view is awesome with a slow paced beach. We utilized the washer/dryer unit quite a bit! Plenty of seating on the lanai, living room area, and dining area. Public beach very close by. We didn’t want to leave!

First review ever

My family consisted of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The condo was super clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in, very easy check in and out process. Lisa at sunny side properties was great. Excellent location, planning on coming back next year. Great place for a family.

Amazing views!

This condo fit all of our needs perfectly! It was very comfortable for our family of 7 (one child, 6 adults). We love that it is right on the beach, it was so convenient for us with our grandson! It was so nice to have the pool there as well. We loved that it was a little quieter location but still has restaurants close by. The sunsets are amazing at this location!

Quiet 3rd floor condo with fabulous gulf view

Everything was clean, well appointed, comfortable, everything worked, even coffee that had crack was replaced quickly (Kudos!). Loved it.

Easy and worry free

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with many conveniences. Nice not to have shop for the “small things” for cooking. View and location was amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

Great views, nice upgrades, well appointed!!

We had an excellent stay at Fisherman’s cove. Despite the cool temps, the heated pool was perfect for us and our kids. The unit has nice furniture and flooring. Plenty of places to sleep. Everything was fully stocked. The management is quick to respond to any questions! We’ll look to stay here again!

Another wonderful vacation stay

This was our fourth year coming to Fisherman's Cove and we've already booked our 2019 vacation. The condo is perfect for our needs. Having a grandchild with us, a washer and dryer are very much appreciated. Having a morning cup of coffee while looking out at the Gulf is amazing. Every time we've come, the other guests have been wonderful. It's a short ride from Siesta Key Village. What more could you ask for?

FABULOUS

The property was just as expected. We so enjoyed listening to the sea roar, as property is about 30 yards from the beach! We really relaxed & enjoyed our stay. The best part about being on Turtle Beach was that the sea turtles came in the night and made nests of turtle eggs. When we left there were 7 nests. We are almost considering coming back in 8 weeks to watch them hatch!!

Unimaginable Sunsets

The moment we walked in we were drawn to the rear windows. The view of the gulf coast was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed by the size of this condo and loved the extra amenities such as the cooler and beach chairs and float. I was most impressed by the sunsets. The glow of the sky makes the home an impressive shade that I will never forget. Truly amazing condo. My family loved their summer vacation of 2018!

Wonderful Condo

nicely furnished and clean. 3rd floor, but, there was an elevator. The unit also had a washer and dryer along with beach chairs & beach towels for our use. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware and glasses. Could have used a a 9x13 pan for the oven. The entire family had a great time.

Great condo! Private beach for the most part and

Information received was very clear. Check in and check out procedures were explained very well. When we got there we noticed glass and a shower door missing so we informed the maintenance guy right away and he was knocking on our door within the hour! Very nice guy. Plenty to do but we just enjoyed the beach. Accommodations were beyond my expectations. This is definitely the place to stay. Very quiet and very relaxing.

Unit needs a lot of TLC

We’ve stayed at Fisherman’s Cove multiple times, never at this unit. For the price, I do not expect chipped and peeling paint throughout the unit. Much of the furniture was also in poor shape. The master toilet worked when it wanted to. The dishwasher leaked. The refrigerator was missing all door shelves. Most of the closet doors came off the track when attempting to open them. I was also disappointed with the deterioration of the beach which has significantly eroded but is obviously beyond anyone’s control but should be noted.

I just returned from a week long rental of this condo that unfortunately did not go well at all. There were numerous things that went wrong within our first 24 hours of being there. We have rented from within Fisherman's Cove before but never through this property management company. I will not ever rent through them again. To mention a few...the toilet ran every 5 minutes the first evening we were there, along with us finding ants in the bathroom, the key and door lock to the facility were very difficult to unlock and to top it all off after being gone all day our first day we came home Sunday evening to find a gecko in the bathroom. Upon notifying the maintenance man, we were told he would be happy to rectify and fix the toilet and some other issues but as far as the gecko was concerned that was not his responsibility. When I contacted the property manager, he did not provide any immediate assistance nor did he offer another place for us to stay. I realize that geckos are common in Florida but they do not belong inside condos and I would have expected someone's assistance to help get it out. My son and I ended up leaving after 29 hours of staying there because no assistance was going to be provided to remove it. I was not going to stay with the gecko roaming around. We drove to a hotel for the remainder of the week. The condo carpets were stained and dirty, not to mention there were a number of additional things that occurred within that short time that rubbed us the wrong way. There was no way we were going to ruin our vacation and we were forced to make alternative plans late at night, pack up and drive to a hotel in order to move on from the issues we had experienced thus far. I would not recommend anyone to rent from this company as they were not understanding at all. They do not believe it constitutes a major percentage of our money. Therefore renters should beware that there is a potential for ant and gecko infestation within this facility with a property management company who is not willing to assist in an immediate fashion to rectify it nor are they apologetic for the circumstances and refund our money.

Great Family Oriented Place

The beach is great. In our stay it was calm in the morning a little bit rougher in the afternoon. The condo is in good conditions and very well beach equipped. The place was quiet mostly families just enjoying turtle beach.
