2025 Florida Stay at Gulf and Bay Club

We found the condo extremely clean, well furnished, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and all kitchen and laundry appliances were modern. The first floor location provided easy access to the grounds. The amenities provided by Gulf and Bay Club were truly outstanding. The property description was very accurate with photos accurately depicting the condo. The host, Carrie, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs. This was truly and pleasurable stay and we look forward to returning in future years.

March on Siesta Key

We had a wonderful month long stay at Carrie’s Siesta Beach House. Beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable beds and an incredibly well equipped kitchen. We rode our bikes all over Siesta Key and used all the wonderful facilities…lap swimming, beach lounge chairs, fitness center, Pickleball. I played tennis 4 times a week with competitive and perfectly arranged matches by Gerry. Couldn’t have had a better vacation.

This condo unit fit our needs perfectly. The condo came furnished with all the necessities...lots of extra bath towels, beach chairs, and plenty pots and pans. We loved the master bedroom adjustable bed, it was super comfortable and overall we were very happy with our stay.

AMAZING summer at the beach!

WOW! This is the most amazing condo right on Siesta Key beach! When we arrived, the condo was immaculate, beautiful, beachy, and had a really nice open floor plan between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms, both with king beds, where my family of 4 stayed for all of July and August. The owner, Carrie, was so kind, attentive, and always available for questions (we only had a few!). The ground floor lanai was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee every morning, and it provided such easy access to the pools for our kids, and the beach was just a quick walk. The Gulf and Bay as a resort was always neat and clean, and the staff there was very friendly. We had a car, but there is free bus that takes you right into the town of Siesta Key, just a few minutes away. Overall, this place is AMAZING and beautiful and the PERFECT vacation spot!! If we could have given it more than 5 stars, we would have! We are hoping to come back again next summer!! Thank you, Carrie!!!!

High-quality and upscale rental, 2 min from world class beach

For a first snowbird experience in the Sarasota area, we could not have made a better choice of venue. From the first contact through check-out, Carrie and Casey were outstanding hosts, always acessible, accommodating and friendly. Their unit is beautifully appointed, with high quality appliances, comfortable furnishing, plush towels and quality bed linen. We felt “at home” and welcome from the very first day, making frequent use of the easy beach access from the ground level unit. The Gulf and Bay courtyard lake, pools and landscaping offered a pleasant backdrop for quiet breakfasts in the lanai. Friendly resort staff and fellow guests, the well-equipped gym, visited daily, and nearby car port parking were added benefits. Having brought our own car, we easily accessed Sarasota venues and restaurants from G&B, even though the beach-spirited Siesta Key Village offered good food in a laid back environment. All in all, our stay in Carrie’s and Caseys’s condo was a very memorable winter escape which vastly exceeded our expectations and that we sincerely hope to repeat.
