Bright & Beachy - Steps to the water!

Light, bright, beachy and welcoming! A slice of old Florida just steps away from private beach access. Nestled behind the dunes is this hidden gem and slice of paradise. 2nd Fl unit with all the comforts of home, and recently updated with new paint, furniture, flooring, and ceiling fans. Spend your days at the #1 beach in the US or explore all there is to do in Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido key and Longboat Key.

Beach chairs are provided for our guests at the beach - Umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler are in the unit. The community has a pool, shuffleboard and a Laundromat (located on ground floor). High speed internet, cable TV and smart TVs in all of the rooms. There is a charcoal grill located out front of the bldg, as well as common area table/umbrella space for hanging out. Full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave for those nights you want to stay in, Keurig, as well as drip coffee makers (byo Kcups), and sheets and bath towels will be provided to our guests.

There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, and the second with a queen and single bed.

There is parking in front of the unit, but you can get around the Key using the Free Trolley system that runs from from 9:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m every 15 minutes. There are other free methods of transportation too that you can contact for pick-up (tips appreciated). And of course, Uber is always an option. Our unit is about 1.5 miles from the north Village and about 1 mile from the South Village. Very central location.

Spent a great week of beach time. The accommodations were perfect, very close to the beach, all the beach amenities were there. The place was as clean comfortable and well equipped. Walk or short drive to store and restaurants.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 3, 8, and 11) loved staying at this condo and can't wait to go back! The space was a perfect size for us to be comfortable, and the location was great for walking to the beach. The owners responded quickly and many amenities were provided. I visited for 3 weeks in late Feb early march 2025. The location was great, basically on the beach. The unit was perfect; clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything you possibly need. Communication with the host was just right. Above and beyond my expectations.

Excellent Vacation

Perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do. Access to the beach was steps away and the pool was very nice. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We are hoping to come back some time. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for family of 4

Our visit (10th time to Siesta Key, but first at this location) was fantastic! Perfect location on Crescent Beach and just simply relaxing. The Condo (FINNS) is really nice! Everything from the couches to the beds were actually more comfortable than many high end hotels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family of 4. Finally, the “beachy” decor coupled with beautiful Christmas touches made for a perfect Holiday!

Amazing Stay

The property was exactly as described and pictured. My daughter and I rented the property for a girls trip and it was everything we hoped for. The property was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was ideal for a quick walk to the beach or a short trolley ride to the Villages. Highly recommend and will be sure to re-rent in the future.

Fun in the sun

Walking in you get a sense of relaxation. It's decorations say beach house. Very clean inside, kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The beach was a short walk away. We had beautiful sunsets. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful Beach Escape

We had a great 4 night stay here and would definitely come back again. The place was clean and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities needed to have a fun and relaxing day at the beach. We did encounter an issue with the AC, however, Maureen addressed it as quickly as possible and was very pleasant in resolving the issue.

The condo was immaculate and decorated very cute! Everything worked in the unit and it was so handy having beach towels and umbrellas etc. The beach was very close and was beautiful. We were very comfortable. I would definitely come and stay again.

Great beach location!

This 2BR unit is clean, cozy, and well-stocked. Communication with the hosts was easy. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, too. But the biggest feature is the easy beach access along with provided towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Easy!

Perfect Beachy apartment

My mom and I stayed here for her 68th birthday and Mothers day from May 8th - May 25th.All the furniture was clean, new and good quality. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the decor was beachy, but not cheesy. I’m an artist myself and I loved the artwork in the living room. The short walk to the private beach was ideal for my mother who walks with a cane. We enjoyed the convenience of the bus / trolley stop being so close to the entrance of the property. What a great location! My only gripe would be the water pressure in the shower is really low adding extra time to our getting ready process, lol. All in all I would stay here again and I would recommend this apartment to a friend.Thanks for a great stay!

Finn’s is fabulous!

Finn’s was fabulous! Excellent Communication made for a smooth check-in. The condo was clean and cozy with comfy beds. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach supplies, and games. Finn’s is beautifully decorated with cheerful beach decor. There was a thoughtful binder of information and recommendations for transportation, activities and restaurants. Highly recommend!
