Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely villa is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features privacy for your stay with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai and covered parking. This villa is a short walk through the resort to the beautiful azure and turquoise waters of the Gulf to sit and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large, heated swimming pool, game room and scenic beach front courtyard featuring shuffleboard, corn hole, seating areas and gas grills where the sunsets are fantastic!

Ride the Siesta Key Trolley to the Village to enjoy restaurants and shopping or take a quick walk south to more shopping and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Myakka Park is close, rent a bicycle to explore the wonderful key, kayak/paddleboard in the mangroves and explore the newly opened Midnight Pass on the south side of Siesta!

We really enjoyed our stay at Island House Beach Resort. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The beach is just a short walk away, and the pool is directly across the street. What a gem of a house! Our family very much enjoyed our stay at villa 39 at Island House Resort. The house is spotless and very up to date. Plenty of blankets and towels were provided for our family of five. We were even surprised to find that a pack n play was provided also. Very short and easy walk to the beach and the pool is right across the road from the villa. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return!

Staff was helpful and friendly ! Villa was exactly as advertised plenty of room for family of 4 . Quick 2 minute walk to beach we were at front of complex from the beach. Beach was perfect there plenty of chairs and space . I highly recommend this vacation spot for families. Quick 7 minute drive to restaurants and shopping for the ladies! Pool was very nice but the sunset is perfect !
