Long weekend

The rental is very nicely decorated. It was very clean and the property has everything you could want for your walk to the beach. Very short walk. Chairs, wagons to cart everything there, paddle boards and kayaks. The downtown area with shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops and a small grocery store are all within walking distance (.5 miles). It was a great long weekend. I definitely would recommend it.

Beautiful property - does not disappoint

This is our second time here and Dan's team is fantastic at keeping the entire property up to snuff. Great location and just about .5 mile to village where there are more than enough bars and restaurants. Easy uber ride to St. Armand's or even to Lecom Park.

Great for the price and location

Great location and price. Could practically see the house from the beach. A lot less people at this location on the beach since it wasnt close to the puclic parking area. The rental was simplictic inside, but had everything you could need given you will probably spend most your time venturing the area. The extra ammentities like beach chairs, bikes, kayaks, ect were a huge plus!

Property is in a great location! A very easy walk to the beach and easy walk to the village shops and restaurants. Great communication with property manager! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful

I was so pleased with this condo. It is exactly as described. The owner was always available for a questions and so helpful. My husband and I wanted a quick winter getaway and feel lucky to have found this place. I will definitely use their rentals again .

Location Location Location

First time to Siesta Key and it didn't disappoint. Walking distance to Village or trolley stop. Beach access was so close and no public parking nearby so not crowded at all. Rental had everything we needed. All the necessities for the beach and more. Bikes came in handy too 😉. Unit was clean, secure and well stocked.

Above and beyond

This is a clean well kept property in a fantastic location. Being a short walk to Siesta Key Village and across from the beach is perfect. The property had everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. I travel to Sarasota every three months and look forward to staying here again!
