Great condo

Great location with expansive beach and lovely pool. David, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Ordered us a beach umbrella and shower caddy while we were there. Office staff was great also.

Loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Huge balcony, 3 pools, big private beach, and a closet with beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, and more. Didn’t rent a car and rode the trolley, took frog hop or ubered everywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach trip clean and good location. Only thing I did not bring that I needed to purchase was beach towels. Great to have all the toys and beach supplies handy.

Nice stay

Being right on the beach was amazing, although you do have a little bit of a walk to actually get to the water. The pools were very clean. The balcony was very nice with shade from the hot sun. The condo was very roomy and bright. Luckily we were only on the second floor as the elevator was not operating for a few days, including the night we arrived. All in all, a nice stay.

Great location

Great location and the pool was perfect!! Some of the tech things were a little challenging but other than that it was great!! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!! The beach was not as clean as last year. Assuming it was due to the weather the previous couple of weeks. Cannot really control that.

Paradise!

This was our first trip to SK and this property did not disappoint!! Location is perfect being so close to all the best places and the beach literally steps away. The condo was gorgeous, clean, updated, and stocked with all you need including beach chairs and umbrella. The balcony is huge with an amazing view of that perfect white sand and clear water. The steps are right outside the door and elevator right down the hall making it a super quick walk down to the beach. We can’t wait to come back and visit again! Thanks so much David!

Spacious condo....

We were surprised how spacious this 2 BR - 2B condo was. Everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Well-supplied kitchen and extra throws for comfort. Beach view was as shown on site. Private beach with sand that was fine as sugar - and didn't burn our feet. Sunsets were out of this world. Dave was quick to respond for the few issues we had. We've booked again for next year!

3 minutes from beach

Lots of space in this spacious 2BR condo. King bed was comfy and we slept well. View of beach was nice. Lots of outside space to lounge, even though we didn't get to use it much. Had a few issues, but Dave got back to us quickly and they were resolved. You will require transportation to shopping and eating places, but there are 3 sources that offer free rides with tip. We will return next year as we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Unit was exactly as described. It was even better than the pictures showed. It was the perfect size for a week long stay. The washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. It had everything you would need to cook any meal you wanted. There was plenty of extra bedding, pillows, etc. There was plenty of towels, beach toys, chair, umbrellas and a wagon provided to take all the things to the beach. You walk out the door and you’re immediately at the beach. Private beach is so quiet and not over crowded, yet just a short walk to Siesta Key beach. We had 2 cars and a golf cart. Finding guest parking was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, spacious condo and beautiful beach

The condo was very nice and had beautiful beach decor. Sofas and chair in the living room were comfortable. Condo was clean. We encountered an issue during our stay that the owner resolved in a satisfactory manner. Beach chairs and some other items for the beach were provided. Condo is within short driving distance of many stores and restaurants. We didn’t use the trolley but it is available nearby. We appreciated the stackable washer and dryer unit in the condo and the nice balcony with comfortable furnishings. The bed in the smaller bedroom is extra firm. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach and would definitely recommend this condo and love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation!

The property was very well kept. Very clean, very quiet. We loved that it was such a family oriented environment. My only suggestions would be to replace the queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom, it was so hard and not comfortable. The lamp as soon as you walked in also did not work in that room. The kitchen table legs need to be tightened it rocked a lot when sitting at it. A brighter outdoor light would be nice too, the outdoor living space was absolutely wonderful! The owner was prompt in responding to any messages. Very pleasant to speak with. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Would absolutely stay here again!

Jamaica Royals condo

This is a great vrbo in an amazing location for beach goers. David was easy to communicate with. This 2BR condo was just right for the four of us who stayed there. The good things that really stood out were as follows: the bed sheets were clean! The AC worked like a champ, the ice maker in the refrigerator kept up, front office personnel were helpful, the pool was a very nice bonus if we needed a break from the beach, the gas grills were in excellent condition & worked great, & all kitchen appliances worked very well. The couple of things that could use improvement were that the bed in the second bedroom was not comfortable, there was only 1 bath towel provided for each person, (the washer & dryer helped out though), & the condo could use a more thorough, deep cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t what I consider not clean. It just appears that it’s getting “the once over” type of cleaning between guests. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! This is the best vrbo I’ve stayed at! We’re considering booking it again for next year.
