"I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. The service was truly second to none—every member of staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and offered fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, and hidden gems nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm, attentive approach made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel itself delivered a luxury experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxing, creating the perfect setting for a romantic couple’s getaway. Whether we were unwinding in our beautiful room or exploring the local area with the staff’s expert guidance, every moment felt thoughtfully curated. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more for anyone seeking a high-end, memorable escape. We can’t wait to return."

"Breakfast was filled with lots of choices, from fresh fruits to croissants and fresh juices. Our room was very clean and very comfortable with lots of amenities that made for a very nice stay we had a balcony with the most amazing view. All the staff were cheerful and very professional. We ate many of our dinners at the Victoria Grill. The menu offered many choices and the food was of high quality. Service was also top notch. I would highly recommend this hotel for its central location on Lake Como."

"The breakfast was not included in the room price. The fee was 7 Euros each. The eggs were cold. They tasted ok though. There was yogurt available & 3 types of juice and water. Cappacino was also included. There was a bowl of fresh fruit: bananas, apples, oranges and grapes. "
