「The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning. The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!」

「Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations due to several issues with the property. The most concerning issue was finding mouse droppings in some of the kitchen drawers, especially where dishes and kitchen items are stored. The air conditioning was also not working in three of the rooms. To the host’s credit, they were responsive in sending someone to inspect it, followed by an HVAC technician. However, communication after that was lacking. I had to reach out for an update and was told...
