「In listing .pool was included . But on this day . Wednesday. Wen I checked in .. he stated that pool wasn't available til Thursday .. and Thursday came and nothing .. I was very upset . I stayed because it was 5 minutes walk to my daughters .. but I had came from another hotel wit pool and free breakfast .. so I was upset .. and wifi didn't work either . I will not b recommending oyo .」

「We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.」

「Las sábanas estaban manchadas,el piso sucio,los socalos d los cuartos y los baños sucios,me tuve q cambiar d habitación 3 veces,porque había una puerta del baño sin cerradura,la fornitura estaba en mal estado y las personas q estaban en los otros cuartos viven ahi con perros y gatos,cuando las mascotas no estan permitidas ni fumar y las personas era lo mas q hacian fumar cigarrillo y marihuana..,las escaleras estaban asquerosas con peste a orines,no nos trajeron otras toallas,llamamos para q nos...

「Everything was terrible, from the place itself to the staff. There was no cleanliness; the rooms were dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. There were only two towels per room, the amenities didn't work, and the staff provided terrible service with absolutely no friendliness. I do not recommend this place at all; there are better options out there.」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was better than I’d expected and very comfortable. Whenever I went out, I was so happy to come back and take shower in that huge bathroom then lay in that bed. And I was so happy to see I had a full kitchen in my room. So, whatever wasn’t at breakfast, I could easily make myself. The stuff was so patient when I had to replace my keys not once or twice, but three times. Not once with a complaint or show of annoyance, they were angels. Especially...
