「I come to Newberg from WA State a couple times a year to compete in a horse show at DevonWood Equestrian Center. Yamhill Flats is my favorite place to stay. Clean, comfortable, practical, great neighborhood and price is right. Perfect!」

「There is no on site management. The TV did not work, so at 7:30PM I had to call. A woman arrived 15 minutes later. And took done time, repeating the same steps I had, then finding she needed to reprogram the thing. I told her I was disappointed that, at this price point, we had to have our evening interrupted and host a visitor. She became incredibly defeMove And rude. Told me I should be thanking her and appreciating that she took the time to come. At no time, as a manager, did she apologize...

「Neat village. Great area. As a boutique hotel, it’s not as spacious as a chain hotel, but it is right in the center of the village with lots of great options for dining, wine tasting etc. It works great and was what we were looking for. There is no traditional front desk, but the communication and instructions were very clear and everything worked perfectly. Would go back for sure.」

「Great venue for our family Thanksgiving dinner. Lots of cooking options with two kitchens. Only observation is that there are no hooks or shelves in bathrooms for people to hang their towels or personal items. Hot tub was not disabled friendly and my use (I am an amputee) was limited. 「Everything we needed for a long weekend! Full kitchen was used for breakfasts while the apartment was near shops and restaurants. Social Goods was amazing! Got the Newberg pizza and a ceasar salad. So good. Apartment was perfectly sized for two. Bed was very comfy, appreciated the convenience of media and TV, and grateful for the fully stocked bathroom. Would stay again in a heartbeat. 」
