“Quick drive to the airport. You can not use their airport shuttle if you book on Expedia or third party app. But other than that it was a nice hotel”

“Poor communication regarding checking into rooms at 3pm. I was told that some of the housekeeping staff quit and the rooms were not ready until almost 5pm.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“We stayed overnight with our cat and purposely booked an accessibility room that was stated to include a visual fire alarm. The room was accessible for physical disabilities with wide bathroom door and walk in shower, it was not equipped for people with hearing disabilities such as myself. There was only a smoke detector without any strobe light, not useful for those of us who are deaf. The room was great otherwise but was a disappointing at best in terms of ADA requirements.”

“We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon. This made no sense!! There was still a half an hour left of breakfast. We heard many others around us say the same……

They are using a Kiosk which is not a lot of help when I tried to check in I was told that my room wasn't ready and that they were waiting for housekeeping to update the list which they said could take a few hours, But if they would have had frontdesk staff they would have been able to check to see if the rooms were clean. This is not the first time I had problems one day I need an Iron but when I went down to the front desk the person from the……

“Rooms were adequately clean, beds comfy and large. Plenty of room for a single person to get around. Staff cares about everyone including pets.”
