“We spent 3 nights, room 211, he drain in the shower did not work. Water took about 10 minutes to go. Complained daily, technician sent twice. Did not fix it. After that staff ignored us. The problem there created a very really BAD snell. Complained, ignored. I left the property before due to the above. My husband and daughter stayed and told me they did not addressed the issue when they were checking out. Pricey, bad service.”

Looked at the hotel website and see that their regular price is one third of what I paid, which makes much more sense if you look at the state of the property. TV had some slime that had run down the front of the screen. We had wine stains on the towels, stains on sheets and bead spread was gross. Bathroom full of black pubic hairs, both on the floor and in the shower... We came in late and just needed a place to sleep, but the place was……

“I was shocked how did this property passed the Expedia standards for hotels?? There’s no check in counter and the property looks like a run down building. I came to check in and there’s no communication on how to? I called the “hotel’s contact #” but nobody to talk to. Someone texted back to apologize because they have cancelled my booking and I’m getting the refund. It’s already 5pm so I was scrambling to find a hotel on a last minute. Very bad experience! 00/5!!”

“J'ai été victime d'une arnaque par ce motel, j'ai fait la réservation du 4 juin au 8 juin 2026, mais je suis arrivée à l'hôtel le 5 juin environ 1 heure du matin, à mon arrivée à la réception pour m'enregistrer, la réceptionniste m'a dit que je dois faire un dépôt qu'on devrait me le rembourser à mon départ après avoir fait la vérification, j'ai dit ok pas de problème et je lui ai dit si ce serait possible de le faire avec du cash, elle m'a dit oui et me demander c'était à quelle heure mon……
