深夜便だったため、事前にチェックインが遅れることを連絡していましたが、ご返信がなく少し不安なまま到着しました。到着時には入口が閉まっていましたが、たまたま通りかかったお客さんが親切にチェックイン方法を教えてくださり、無事にチェックインできました。
お部屋はとても清潔で居心地がよく、繁華街の近くにありながら静か で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もLINEで丁寧にサポートしてくださり、最終日には荷物を預かってもらえたので、観光も思いきり楽しめました。
不安なスタートではありましたが、滞在中は本当に快適で、大満足でした。ありがとうございました！
