very well established and convenient if you want to relax and enjoy at the pool side or at the beach side. You also can enjoy a quick 'Grab' ride to the city (~20$) and dive into the the myriad of shopping centres and dining places. Especially I like local stuff at the hotel who were very attentive and supportive to all our asks and needs. You only need to land yourself into the Shangri-La Sentosa and the rest will be taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay for a couple of days and it was definitely not enough - this beautiful resort really had us wishing we had added an extra day. Breakfast was delicious, staff are amazing! The hotel has the best amenities to cater for all ages, we made use of many of these including the shuttle fascilities to main attractions which was very useful. Cannot wait to come back in the future and stay again!

The facilities, breakfast was great. Only thing was I didn’t know what they meant by standing shower during check in and when we got to the room it was disappointing. It was a handicap toilet. The shower had no screen so the water went all over the bathroom which we didn’t like. Also the bar soap was kind of difficult for kids to use as it was stick to the dish. We did enjoy the pool, kids enjoyed the slides, the kids activity room. We enjoyed the pool and pingpong tables and that it was conveniently located outside the kids activity table so we could be around should the kids need us.

Staff were fantastic would do anything to make your stay better ,the pool area was great . The only thing is the rooms are getting a bit dated but are still pretty good.
