「Lots of traffic where you park for street frontage businesses. Be prepared to park in an ally way with very limited access to a walk way to your room. Access denied one evening/night as someone locks a shared gate way. Another tenant was heard us downstairs and thankfully let us in. Thought space walking to get to your room with a cat that lives outside the door. Coffee shop under the room was fantastic!」

「For the rate we paid, I would have much rather stayed at a hotel. The house had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt dirty from the moment we walked in. Towels were dingy, the TVs barely worked, and the furniture felt more like dorm room pieces—not suitable for a comfortable adult stay. We didn’t even use the blankets because we were genuinely concerned about what might be under them.Several windows were left unlocked, which made us uneasy, especially given the sketchy area. There were homeless...

「Clean and well equipped property. Close to shopping. 15 minutes to the bay. Small problem was taken care of in 15 minutes. Excellent communication. Would have appreciated storage in small bedroom as had to put clothes on the floor. Downstairs neighbors had TV and radio going 24/7 so noisy. 」
