Schöne Lage

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage. Liegt leider direkt an einer Hauptstraße, dementsprechend sehr laut. Die Wohnung haben wir nicht besonders sauber vorgefunden. Durften spontan einen zweiten Hund mitbringen, was wir sehr korrekt fanden.

Nettes Appartement an der Hauptstraße

Das Appartement war sehr schön, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Balkon vorhanden. Mit Ausrichtung zur Hauptstraße etwas laut bei geöffneten Fenstern bzw. Balkontür. Dank guter Fenster und Türen im geschlossenen Zustand aber durchaus ok! Elektrische Absicherung etwas schwach - also nicht zu viele Herdplatten und Backofen gleichzeitig einschalten! Gepäck muss leider in den 2.Stock getragen werden, da kein Lift im Haus. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Privatzugang zum See leider nicht wirklich nutzbar, da genau dort sehr viel Dreck (Sediment) aufgewirbelt und angespült wird. Kleiner Pool und Liegewiese mit Liegen vorhanden. Im TV wegen italienischem DAB+ ausschließlich italienische Sender - für nicht-Italiener eher unbrauchbar!! Bett ok.

Unterkunft eher schlecht.

Familien erwünscht???? 2 Beschwerden bei der Verwaltung über Kinderlärm. Unterkunft schlecht ausgestattet,dafür das man wusste das eine Familie mit kleinen Kinder angemeldet ist(Besteck und Geschirr). Sauberkeit naja, Schränke schmutzig,Grundsauberkeit eher bescheiden.Tolittendeckel war so locker das er abfiel beim ersten benutzen. Italien/Gardasee jeder Zeit wieder,aber nicht diese Unterkunft.

schönes Apartment in gepflegter Umgebung - sehr empfehlenswert

Das Apartment ist sauber, verfügt über einen kleinen, eigenen Balkon, eine kleine , zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Klimaanlage, TV und wlan - alles funktioniert tadellos. Neben einem eigenen PKW-Stellplatz und auch Platz für Fahrräder gibt es auch einen Pool, der auch regelmäßig gereinigt wird sowie eine gepflegte Liegewiese mit Sonnenliegen. Von der Liegewiese aus hat man einen direkten Zugang zum Gardasee, das Wasser war sehr angenehm und sauber. in der näheren Umgebung gibt es diverse kleine Läden und Bars/Restaurants - alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch zum Fahrradfahren ist alles bestens mit Radwegen ausgebaut - für Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung und nach Sirmione braucht man nicht unbedingt das Auto ... ;-) Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auch sehr nett und problemlos per Handy (whatsapp) und natürlich auch persönlich ... Vielen Dank noch mal Uns, 2 Personen und kleiner Hund, hat es jedenfalls sehr gut gefallen und wir würden auch gerne noch mal wieder kommen. Als Reisezeit finden wir es zum Ende der "deutschen Ferienzeit" ideal und wahrscheinlich nicht ganz so "überlaufen" ... Beide Daumen hoch ... ;-)

14 Tage Familien Urlaub 2 erwachsenen ein Kind von 2 Jahren und mit dem Hund

Wir waren mit 2 erwachsenen, einem Hund und einem kleinen Kind von 2 Jahren für 14 Tage dort. Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man brauch. Sehr angenehm die Klimaanlage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Der Pool ist sauber und erfrischend zu gleich kann man dort direkt am See schwimmen gehen. Etwa 500m die Straße weiter runter ist ein Badeabschnitt mit einem Restaurant. Kleine Kritik Punkte die wir erst bei Anreise erfahren haben ,man darf den Hund nicht alleine im Appartement lassen da die schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben das vorher Hunde die ganzen Möbel zerstört haben. Und im Pool ist von 13 Uhr bis 15 Uhr schwimm verbot. Vermutlich wegen Mittagsruhe Aber alles im allen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben eine Woche zu 3. Urlaub am Gardasee gemacht und waren mit dem Studio in dieser Anlage sehr zufrieden. Der Pool und der See direkt vor der Haustür, genügende Stühle und Schirme vorhanden. Gepflegte Liegewiese. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür sowie mehrere Bars und Restaurants. Preise in den Geschäften zum selbstverpflegen absolut human. Haben jeden Abend selbst gekocht. Sehr bequeme Betten und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Paola ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Frau die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Hatten über WhatsApp Kontakt zwecks genauer Wegebeschreibung. Es gibt einen Stellplatz und dieser ist durch ein abschließbares Tor gesichert. Altstadt mit dem Auto in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren und sehr erholsamen Urlaub

Convenient and clean

The space is small, but everything in the apartment worked properly. The parking space was good. It is convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants and directly on Lake Garda and from there you can explore the area. Signora Paola was very helpful in resolving any issues. One important detail which surprised me upon arrival: THERE IS NO ELEVATOR (LIFT), and the apartment is on the second floor.

Sehr sauber und funktionell

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Stellplatz für PKW auf dem Gelände vorhanden. Liegewiese mit Liegen und Pool vorhanden. Alles macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars usw. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, so dass alles Notwendige zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Wohnung detailliert gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir hatten super erholsame Tage, es war ein Genuss nach einer Fahrradtour in den Pool zu springen und den Ausblick zu geniessen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und kommen wieder.

Schön für Urlaub mit Hund

Wohnung gut und modern ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Betreuung und Einweisung durch die Verwalterin. Schöne Lage direkt am See mit Pool. Bäcker, Restaurants und schöne Patisserie nebenan. Gute Parkmöglichkeit fürs Auto. Die Wohnung liegt zur Straßenseite. Dadurch ist es bei geöffneten Türen/Fenstern sehr laut - auch nachts. Leider sind Hunde auch im Poolbereich erlaubt. Mehrere Hundebesitzer liessen Ihre Tiere ohne Leine laufen. Die Hunde verrichteten Ihr Geschäft überall. Auch wenn die Besitzer im Regelfall den Hundekot entfernten ist dieser Umstand der Grund für uns diese Unterkunft nicht wieder zu buchen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Kontakt, hat trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung reibungslos geklapp. Das Studio ist prima für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Lage direkt am See war traumhaft. Abschlossener Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir würden wieder kommen.
