Location: The apartment is located in the heart of Numana, along the famous Via Marconi, also known as Viale degli Oleandri, a beautiful tree-lined avenue overlooking the sea that connects the centers of Sirolo to Numana. The town center is 100 meters from the apartment, while the beach is just 700 meters away.



Description: New and fully equipped, in a residence with a swimming pool!

First floor: living room with armchairs, kitchenette, and dining table – double bedroom – bedroom with bunk beds – hallway with washing machine – panoramic terrace with table and chairs. Private and reserved parking space.

Located in a residence with a swimming pool available to guests, open from mid-June to mid-September. Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom.

New and fully equipped!
