Location: quiet and convenient area for Sirolo's services, 350 meters from the main street and the path that leads to the beaches.

Description: Ground floor. Completely new. Large living room with kitchenette and dining table – master bedroom with double bed – bedroom with two single beds (or double bed if necessary) – bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine – delightful private fenced terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can eat. Reserved parking space in front of the property.

Air conditioning: there is a split in the hallway sleeping area.

The price includes:
