Severe leakage, concerning saftey issues, nice area

The apartment is in a beautiful area, however it's such a shame that the apartment is a saftey hazzard. The downstairs bathroom did not flush, so made the apartment smell like a sewer. We had a shower and the water leaked everywhere, so bad water was coming threw the ceiling, down the metal stairs, threw the air conditioner and light fixtures, which is dangerous. They blamed this issue on us by "leaving the shower door open" but who does that ? But then said " It does this because the apartment is on a slant" Every time we showered this happened. We had no towels due to having to clean the floors. They apparently sent someone to look at it, but nothing was fixed neither was the toliet. There is clearly water damage all around the door frame and water marks on the walls, so it's clearly an on going issue. There are power ports hanging out of the walls and hardly any power points work. Its a "nice" apartment but needs major work and the company needs to take responsibility rather than passing the blame to tis customers.
