“It was Good”

“Property is not bad but management and service staff does not understand what is customer service? I planned 10 days trip but get sick due to non working of DC converter in the room, so cancel my trip half way and returned home. The airport is at one end and hotel on the other. There is no complimentary shuttle service. The mattresses were with out covers. The restaurant staff was provided in evaluation how to and what cutlery should be placed on table but without making any change, I was asked……

“I am a Tour Guide working from since 6 years. this Resort is my favorite place , Naturally, you become more and more drawn to nature, with the breathtaking view enthralling you the entire way. and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. recommendations. The Mountain Lodge hotel is a great place to relax after your trekking or cultural tour in the area. The view over the skardu valley is amazing and ……

“This hotel was amazing and had a fully functional high quality restaurant. The views of surrounding snow capped mountains were amazing. The only problem was that the entire Skardu town had wifi problems and electricity shortages. Hotel had generators to cope with the situation. The hotel said that local government is trying to solve it. The only workable sim card for phone was S-com but even that was on and off depending on the terrain. So be wary of that. Of course it was not hotels fault.……

“They charged us for breakfast when breakfast was included. ”

“The property is close to the airport, away from the hustle and bustle of Skardu town. Ideally located as a base for excursions in the area. Management and staff are very attentive, hospitable and kind. They always tried to go over and above. Traditional food was tasty, just be clear about how spicy you like it. Electricity seems to be a local problem but they have an inverter/generator and that kicks in when electricity cuts out. That is an area wide problem in this part part of Pakistan but……

“High end, recently opened resort in a very quiet spot on the K2 river, close to Shigar Valley. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, food, views and room quality, but being in what felt like a large, city hotel in the middle of the mountains was slightly odd. Overall, a solid choice.”

“If you are looking for a quit resort away from any hustle and bustle this is perfect. About hour and half away from the airport. No resorts, hotels or restaurants close by you have to travel about 30 minutes. But this resort is right on the river and a beautiful view of Snow peak mountains. Access to little beach. They’re still in process of upgrading their facility. I wish they had a gym but overall, if it’s very friendly, nice day.”
