"The unit and neighborhood were amazing. A few items affected my family's stay, however, that left me regretting my choice. We stayed in the downstairs unit and arrived at 4 pm for check in. The people renting the upstairs unit had already claimed and occupied the front porch for the evening. 2 problems with this, one, the curtains in the downstairs living room are sheer so after dark it was like being in a fish bowl and two, they were in party mode for the night which meant people going up and...

"Hosts were very responsive. Beautiful floors, be respectful and don’t wear your shoes. Good walking distance from the park and coffee shops. About a 30-45 min walk to the riverfront. Great scenery along the way. We felt safe and comfortable. We recommend staying here. The only downside is the noise from upstairs guests. Not unexpected though, hardwood floors up there too. "

"Decent condo. A little rough around the edges, particularly the alley to walk from parking to the door. Everything that we needed for a short stay was available. We were able to walk to the riverfront, but it’s not a short walk. After spending the whole day by the river we got a 4 minute Lyft back to the condo. "
