North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. "

No box spring and only a few slats under the mattress. We were very uncomfortable trying to sleep. This would have been the perfect place if it weren't for the beds.
