This 10th-floor apartment is situated in the center of the city and offers everything from restaurants, cafes, clubs, boutiques, malls... It's within a 10min walk from the Macedonia Square, as well as a short walk from City Park and the urban neighborhood of Debar Maalo. This fully equipped central place offers free parking on the premises, fast Wi-Fi, and an exceptional view of the city.

This luxurious 50m2 one-bedroom apartment is brand new, with modern furniture, and is fully equipped. The main space consists of a beautiful and spacious living room that connects with an open space kitchen with a dining table. Also connected to this space is one of the top-tier amenities of this apartment, the terrace with the most amazing view! The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed, a Smart TV for your free time and a big wardrobe for all your stuff. Right next to the beautiful bedroom is the spacious bathroom, with all the essentials: towels, a hair dryer, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Next to the bathroom is the utility room in which you'll find the all-in-one washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Exceptional!

Absolutely beautiful property. Everything is new, beautifully done and very high end. The apartment is in a great location to explore the city, you can easily walk to all of the sites. There are countless shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable, the check in was smooth, the owner was great to work with and provided a lot of information about the city itself. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again in the future.
