「It is nice place to live in the downtown of Olomouc. However, the room has no air conditioner. 」

「Staffs super helpful friendly and warm make you feel good. Room is large, comfortable and clean. Easy to go any point and walkable. If I back Olomouc I must stay here again.」

「Alors c'est bien dans l'ensemble, sauf 2 petit hik (il été coonvenu un lit double, je suis tombé sur 2 lits simple; je m'attender à un parking privé , mais c'été un parking à proximité gratuit) Autrement c'est plutôt confortable」

「I had a terrible time trying to book my train ticket to Prague, because the Regiojet website was not working. The young woman on the front desk--I wish I had gotten her name--absolutely bent over backwards to help me, and in fact I was able to book the ticket with her help. 」

「Perfect location for bus connecting to other cities. It's exactly what I was looking for. Hotel is newly decorated and clean.」

「It was an amazing hotel which is very comfortable and smells very nice. We almost did not want to leave the hotel. 」

「Hotel was in a quiet but central location with good transport links on the doorstep. I found that there were no issues with the self check-in but I did meet other guests who did. Make sure the hotel has your correct phone number and international dialling code and you'll be fine. Breakfast was basic but everything I needed. The mini kitchen and fridge in the room were a big bonus. Thoroughly recommend 」

「Amazing hotel but geared for people with cars. Public transport is a challenge to get from the location. The hotel is ultra modern. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings are extensive and all very good. Nice quiet location.」
