I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room」

「There were no gluten-free options for breakfast except oatmeal. When I asked they gave me bagel from the back. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly.」

「This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. 」

「Not enough parking spots for the amount of people staying there. Lots of vehicles parked in the emergency lanes. I was told if I parked there I could be towed. Room was ok staff was friendly I did not eat breakfast there and I did not use the hot tub. 」
