Mother Nature was really making a show on our second day but we did get to enjoy the beach, which was so close, on the other days we were there. “The location was wonderful, 3 blocks from the beach and a safe, clean neighborhood. The only issue was that in the kitchen my favorite room of the house, the counters have to be cleared off immediately after cooking, the sink cleaned and the custom made garbage bin should not be used because of the ants. Once I figured this out, the stay was perfect. The house was cozy and the vintage pinups were very entertaining to say the least. We loved our stay. Make sure you get your parking permit! ”

“This is a great property for a family looking for a quiet bay beach. LEWES is a beautiful little town and the house was beautiful. The owners were very responsive when there were weather issues and we enjoyed our stay very much. Has all the amenities you could need and an elevator for anybody that can’t do the stairs. “Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. ”
