"I love the place, really! But the staff and breakfast was disappointing. I wanted to have a Cappuccino and she told me that she was alone and the other will come at 10 am. But she has time to play with her mobile phone all the time. Well, it was breakfast time. Suppose to have Tea and any kind of coffee ready during the time. But the property is awesome. Quite and antique."

"This property is exceptional. The well-maintained grounds are peaceful and quiet. The staff are super polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with any kind of Indonesian and western food you can think of available. Service is impeccable. The main shopping centre and other attractions are a short cab ride away. We highly recommend this hotel."
