“We could not figure out how to control the heater.
No glasses, kleenex, in the room.
TV was great.
Only one door lock worked.
Blanket was more of a summer weight.

The bar didn't open that Saturday night which surprised us because we were told it would be open.”

“Rooms are on second and third floors. No elevator.stairs are steep. Steps narrow. Upon our arrival at 3:45PM our room was supposedly ready. However dirty sheets and towels remained on the floor and no bath soap. Also noted a dirty towel hung on the back of the bathroom door. Outside building plant foundation areas full of weeds and debris. Hotel rooms have been rehabbed and the decor is great. Location is great.Property needs improved customer focused management ”
