Old town house just renovated, in the centre of probably the most beautiful village of the Netherlands. This house used to be an estaminet where several artist and writers have stayed like Stijn Streuvels and Emile Zola.

Very nicely renovated and very comfortable

Well thought out holiday home for 8-10 guests. Every room has been lovingly renovated and beautifully furnished. The first holiday apartment in 30 years with a really large fridge. With 3 toilets there are never any shortages. Sluis is within walking distance and offers everything your heart desires. There are also enough restaurants if you want to take a break from the kitchen. I would be happy to book the holiday home again.

Traumhaft schönes Haus und sehr netter Gastgeber!

Pieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und extrem hilfsbereiter Gastgeber gewesen. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts plötzlich kein Wasser mehr. Pieter war innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Stelle, hat im Haus alles gecheckt und dann in Erfahrung gebracht, dass es einen Wasserrohrbruch in der Gegen gab. Er hat sofort angeboten uns bei Besarf umzuziehen, falls der Schaden nicht kurzfristig behoben würde. Glücklicherweise war nach einem halben Tag wieder alles in Ordnung. Pieter hat uns auf dem Laufenden gehalten und war die ganze Zeit über extrem Hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist einfach nur ein Traum und ein echtes Juwel in der Gegend. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Genügend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck etc. für 10 Personen. Immer gerne wieder!

Great family holiday house in beautiful village

Our family of six enjoyed this house a lot. Owner very responsive; replaced broken kettle and dealt with washing machine problem. Fabulous location and nice private garden for family meals inc. barbecues; perfect for cycling along canals and to beach. Well equipped small kitchen. Very comfortable bedrooms which suited our family of teenage boys who are not bothered about privacy and enjoyed climbing ladders into bed. Parking just over the road in front of restaurant works well and recommend it for a meal too.

Optimal für ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Freunden oder mit großer Familie

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, durch das tolle Wetter konnten wir den sehr schön gepflegten Garten mit dem richtig großen Tisch durchgehend nutzen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Charming cottage

A lovely home with all the historic features of the 1775 time it was built, including low door frames and tight staircase but fully authentic which we loved. A ten minute drive to the town of Sluis which has some great shopping and restaurants. Host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Lovely house well located and beautifully decorated

The house is lovely and located very close to Sluis (walking distance 20min or 3 minutes drive). Very beautiful village and close to the beach (Knokke). Very easy to get te key in the secure box. There is a free parking organized by the owner next to he house very convenient. The house is very beautiful and well decorated. The garden is lovely and is pretty well equipped. Very clean as well. Some points to know : we report that most of the doorknobs were not working properly, not easy... and one of the bathrrom has no hot water for 2 days. We were about to leave so hopefulully will be fixed he pay attention to our comments and is very nice. The house is old so it is beautiful but keep in mind that there is little privacy on the 1st floor (no really isolation on the wall) :-) Anyway it's a nice place.

Een gezellige woning op een prachtige locatie

Een charmant gezellig vakantiehuis dat erg goed gelegen is in een rustige buurt waar er op korte afstand heel wat te beleven valt. Een ruime living, maar eerder een kleine keuken met een beperkte werkruimte hoewel alles wat nodig aanwezig is. Twee comfortabele slaapkamers. De bijkomende slaapgelegenheid onder het dak is gezellig en tof, biedt echter minder privacy en is vooral en alleen geschikt voor jongeren of beweeglijke personen.

A little piece of heaven

Absolutely loved staying in this home. This vacation spot was exactly what our two families needed - serenity and amazing attractions with Sluis, Bruges and Ypres to name a few. The home is charming and quaint, with a beautiful backyard. The village where the home is situated I can best describe as picturesque. The host was very responsive when contacted. An absolutely dream place to stay.

A great place to stay and for exploring the area

We very much enjoyed staying in Pieter's house. The place is gorgeous and very thoughtfully equipped. It’s situated close to Brugge and to the sea. From there you get everywhere in the area (beaches, Zeeland, but also Brugge, Gent, Lille, etc.) easily. Pieter is an outstandingly mindful, caring and responsive host. Thanks for having us!

Prachtig idyllisch huis met sfeervolle inrichting

Een gezellig vakantiehuis in het rustige dorp Sint Anna ter Muiden, maar slechts 2 km vanaf het dorpje Sluis. Met 6 vrienden hebben wij het nieuwe jaar op een unieke manier ingeluid. De inrichting is heel sfeervol en opgetuigde kerstboom maakte het helemaal af. Iets meer informatie op de website wat er aanwezig is, zou een goede aanvulling zijn. Contact met de eigenaar verliep goed, duidelijk en snel. Wij hebben een top tijd gehad!

Relaxte change of scenery in tijden van corona

Sint Anna ter Muiden is een heel schattig dorpje, dichtbij Sluis en op fietsafstand van Cadzand. Het huis is als je eigen huis, knus en warm en met liefde ingericht. We waren met 5 tieners en 2 volwassenen en dat paste perfect . Meer (grote) mensen gaat qua slapen ten koste van de privacy. Het huis voorzag in alles, alleen de keukeninventaris mag iets ruimer worden aangevuld. Dit geldt ook voor het tuinset maar wellicht was het prachtige lenteweer nog niet voorzien. Prachtige locatie dichtbij Knokke, Brugge, Antwerpen en lekkere restaurants. Helaas konden we door de coronamaatregelen hier niet van genieten maar dit is een goede reden om weer een keer terug te komen!
