The staff always looks uncleaned and like he just got up. The room was filthy and didn’t have any towels. The door frame to bathroom had rust around it. It was just nasty.

While they were pet friendly, it was the nastiest hotel we've ever seen. They charged our cards before we even got there even after we chose to pay at the location. We didn't even stay there 10 minutes. Even after we showed them the pee stains on the beds, nasty trash behind the night stand, and mold under the microwave visible as you walk past it, they said well the sheets are clean. We wouldn't even let our dogs on the bed. We took pictures and they said no refunds. I will never consider this place ever. Disgusting.

This hotel is run on a minimal staff. Security systems not working. Coffee was just brown water. Juice machine not functioning. Clothes dryer has multiple cracks. The beds were ok, but pillows from the last century. Shower was above average. The guy there was nice, but could he have been the only one there?

They don’t change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I even had a worker tell us they do it every few days because they don’t have enough linens. Our sheets were dirty and when we took them down and asked for more, he said he didn’t have anymore and “You get free wi-fi, you get to stay, what more do you want ?” There was old coffee in our coffee pot. There was no smoke detector installed. The toilets had rings in them. Our shower didn’t drain properly. The couch was ripped and had stains. We had no towels, soap, or trash bags when we arrived. Over all disgusting and not safe.

Very poor customer service. I arrived at 530 pm and was told my room was not ready, 15 minutes please. I left for about an hour...room still wasn't ready. Turns out only one person was working the hotel. Never going back

Horrible but had some patience

The bed was the only thing I enjoyed sleeping in … the service and amenities was terrible … the manager was the check in clerk the maid the maintenance guy and so forth … didn’t take any considerations of people coming and going with their check ins and needs … had to get your own towels and fix your own beds etc etc etc … sad deal
