It is cutely decorated, clean and is equipped with everything you will need for a nice and comfortable stay! “The Apartment” Is located downtown in old Auburn amongst shops and dining. The host, Dawn, Is easy to communicate with and work with. You will truly love staying at “The Apartment”!"

"We stayed for two nights and thought that the place is super cute, clean, comfortable, and apart from being sandwiched between two fairly busy roads, was in a great location! 315 is the lower apartment and is probably a little quieter from traffic than the above apartment. The decks are wonderful with the creek nearby. A wonderful find."

"We stayed for two nights while we were visting parents in lake of the pines. It was very convenient. Host provided all items needed and some snacks and waters!!!! We would stay again on short visits to see family."

"Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch!"
