“Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. “Amazing property, and the most organized house I have ever had the pleasure of using! Hosts were helpful and prompt, and our family was able to fully relax and enjoy our stay. “It was the perfect spot for our family reunion! We had adults, teens, and small children. “The place was perfect for our family reunion. Plenty of space, fantastic and well-stocked kitchen (best we've ever seen), lots of seating, rooms to gather and rooms to be alone, and the views are simply stunning. We agreed we'd love to come back. The host never did tell us how to access Legacy Beach, so I'm not sure that's still an amenity, but we didn't need it since we kept ourselves entertained at the house. “We loved our stay here! The views from the windows of Bear Lake are spectacular! The home was very clean and very well supplied. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and other necessities. I liked how the kitchen was labeled with where things are so it was easy to find things and put them back again.
