"This property was perfect for our stay in Columbus, GA. The property is perfect maintained and VERY clean. Bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable beds which was nice for a good nights sleep. Hall way leading to front door had great lighting making late night arrivals easy to navigate. Neighbors were all very nice and always greeted us pleasantly as we walked by common areas. Highly recommend this property!"

"This is a great little apartment. We enjoyed our stay. The host got back to us quickly. The neighborhood is a little questionable, but the neighbors are kind. There is an issue with the shower. It is either scalding hot, or ice cold. There is no in-between. We let the host know so I hope this gets fixed. Overall, I think this is a great place and I would recommend others to stay as long as the shower gets fixed."

"This duplex is perfectly located with a 20 drive to Ft Benning and a pleasant 15 minute walk to downtown Columbus. Older house but perfect for me and my wife with our soldier staying with us during the day. You are getting what you pay for but it's a good bargain. Minor quibbles with this house such as bathroom has slight mildew smell, shower curtains mounted slightly too high above tub edge. "Everything was as advertised. There isn’t any storage in the bathroom. I didn’t see a hairdryer, but found it in the kitchen, after two days of wet hair. 😂 The blinds don’t go all the way to the bottom of the window and that weirded me out. I took the sofa cushions and leaned them against the bottom of the windows to cover the gap. Otherwise, it was great!"

"Management was helpful, but it was one problem after another. Paid for extra day because they would not give us early entry. Place had no power so we had to move to another location (but they charged us eventhough we could not use the unit all day) Refrigerator in new location didnt work and our food was spolied. Had trouble accessing both units,...... the list goes on and on"

"Very nice place. Close to everything. The owners were amazing. They answered very quickly about everything. I definitely would stay here again. The only suggestion i would have is to have tvs in the bedrooms. I was a bit bummed to not have that in the bedrooms. But overall it was great."

The only issue I would see is the access is on a high incline so if you have an elderly person( on oxygen or disabled etc) or small child you may want to see if there is another access for you with the host. "I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Mr. & Mrs. Woods were very accommodating & communicative. For the most part, the surrounding area was very quiet. It was not difficult to locate the property. It's not far from the Georgia line. I spent a lot of my time in the Phenix City/Columbus area which is very lively. For the price, I think you get more than what you pay.
