「The home was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The floor plan was awesome and the use of the garage during our stay was a very nice feature. The reason for the four stars was because of a couple things. 1. The hot tub usage clause that came up after we booked the home and right before we had check-in. The clause is not written anywhere - but here it is.... if you use the hot tub Allen or Cory wanted to be notified by 10 a.m. the next morning and then the spa...

「We only stayed one night and so we never used the kitchen. We chose a bedroom close to the bathroom because I get up several times a night and didn’t want to have to climb the stairs where the king sized bedroom is. The bed we used was uncomfortable. It seemed worn out as it was sinking in the middle. The pillows were nice for some (very big and firm) but I have a tender neck and the pillow I had made my neck hurt.
