Food is cheaply made, hot dog sausages in a curry is not food for a hotel of this stature. If included or not in the hotel price. Hotel rooms very tired and no headboard which reminds me of a student accomodation, not for a hotel that charges 1500 a night. Hit and miss on staff being friendly and welcoming. Not consistent."

"Beautiful, historic property. Rooms were nice, dining area was very historic feeling, enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast buffet the next morning was varied and high quality. Outdoor dining is available weather permitting, grounds are lovely. Loved all the photos and personal items around the home, it was nice to see previous owners and uses, I love history, so this was a real treat for me. "

During check-in I was asked when I was planning to have my breakfast to ensure no waste of food, which is great, but when I got there at said time, 45 minutes before end of service as requested, there were barely any food to choose between. "Where to start...I was recommended this Hotel, so i tried contacting the hotel using their website. The contact info is old, cant call the phone number. Because of the contact issue, i felt i took a risk booking it. But thought it would be fine for one night... Review: 1) If it was possible to attach pictures i would, i am not sure if i got the worst room in the Hotel. But my room did NOT look anything like any of the rooms in the pictures. It looked lika a large bathroom had been redone to...
