This semi-detached holiday home with a Swedish feel is tastefully decorated and is located in a holiday park surrounded by woods, just a 2-minute walk from the Soester Dunes. This property is available for rent for a period of 2 to a maximum of 21 nights.
It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a cosy sitting area with an LED TV and DAB/Bluetooth radio, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and a terrace that seats 5 people.
If notified in advance, one dog is permitted. Please make sure you are familiar with our pet policy.

Ground Floor
The ground floor has a bathroom in the hallway. The living room features a cosy TV seating area with an LED TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, a combination microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker (filter size 4).
The patio is furnished with a patio set for 5 people.

Upper Floor
​The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have two single beds each, and 1 of which has one bed. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and washing machine. The upstairs also has a toilet.

Located right next to the Soest sand drifts and at the foot of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, you’re guaranteed a wonderful holiday. Our holiday park is the perfect starting point for a cosy picnic, a fun bike or mountain bike tour, or a beautiful hike through the diverse natural surroundings. A visit to the medieval city centre of Amersfoort (European City of the Year 2023), the National Military Museum in Soesterberg, and Amersfoort Zoo are highly recommended, and thanks to our central location, cities like Amsterdam and Utrecht are also quick and easy to reach.

On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom, a living room with an LED TV and DAB/Bluetooth radio, a dining area for 5 people, Wi-Fi, and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a combination microwave.

If notified in advance, one dog is permitted in this accommodation. A pet fee will be charged for this. Please make sure you are familiar with our pet policy if you wish to bring your dog.

House Rules;
We warmly welcome you in advance and would like to thank you for choosing our holiday home.

We expect that during your stay, the accommodation will be kept clean and treated with respect. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules:

-Please check the inventory list and the cottage for any damage within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, any unreported damage or missing items may be charged to you upon departure.

-Bedding is required for all pillows and comforters used.

-All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odour filters is also prohibited. If we determine that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation.

-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be charged for the cleaning costs.

-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.

-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the residences.

-It is prohibited to attach nails, drawing pins, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture.

-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Within the park, with the exception of your own patio, walking around with a bottle of alcoholic drink will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside the bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park.

-Open fires are prohibited both on and off the park grounds

. As long as the government has not issued a Code Orange, barbecuing on the patio of your cottage is permitted. Check the information channel to see if barbecuing is allowed.

- You can dispose of your household waste—including plastic bags, paper, cardboard, and glass—in the designated containers behind the wooden doors to the left of the car park entrance.

-Our guests come here primarily for peace and quiet. We therefore ask that you keep noise to a minimum. After 11:00 PM, no noise should be audible outside your accommodation.

Pets:
More and more parks are banning pets due to the risk of damage and disturbances. We allow pets in certain accommodation but do have a few requirements.
*Never leave your pet alone in the bungalow unless you have a crate. The bathroom, bedrooms, and basement must remain pet-free. Duvets, pillows, and doormats with even a single strand of dog hair will be rejected by us due to potential allergies of the next guest.
*Furniture must be covered with your own throws. You are responsible for removing your pet’s hair from curtains and furniture.
*Dogs must be walked on a leash outside the park. If your dog does relieve itself on the grounds, please remove the waste using a plastic bag.

Any damage to the accommodation and/or the furnishings and/or decorations therein, or the theft thereof, will be charged immediately to the person responsible or the person jointly and severally liable.

Upon departure:
- The unit must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on your departure day.
- Trash in and around your bungalow must be taken to the trash containers. You can dispose of household waste, paper/cardboard, and glass in the containers at the recycling area.
- Make sure the fireplace is emptied and that the dustbin, hob, and combination microwave are clean (i.e., free of baked-on grease).
- Leave the floor swept clean
- The furniture must be returned to the same places where it was found upon arrival
- The dishes must be clean and dry and stored in the cabinets.
