「The staff were very warm and helpful, and the hotel environment was great. Everyone was willing to assist us, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay very comfortable.」

「The first night we were here there was no hot water. Had to wait until morning. The couch has cushions with frayed material. The bed has a bad spring on one side so it makes a noise getting in or out. Seems like they really need to start replacing furniture.」

「The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. 「This was a lovely place, our son and daughter in law got married at the near by River Bottom Ranch. There is some construction going on in the area but the front desk staff made us comfortable and honestly we were hardly in our room. The property had everything you needed on-site food, coffee shop, pool and amenities. I will be back and need to visit the spa!」

「Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. 「The staff,breakfast buffet and service was awesome. The mountain view pretty much is the best in Utah, hard to beat the stein! They groom ski slope everyday, easy ski in and ski out access. Cannot wait go back to ski next year.」

「Simply the best in Alta. The views of the mountain above cheat on you thinking you are at some Swiss little mountain town.
