The Location - Sunset Court is just 20 metres from Sunset Beach, so called as it is one of the best spots to watch the sunset. A walk up the beach at Soldiers Point marina and some of the best restaraunts in Port Stephens. A quiet, relaxing location, and yet only 15 mins drive into Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay.

The Unit - This ground floor unit is just a stroll to the water and is an affordable option for a short break or a holiday. It is renovated with an air conditioned lounge room, flat screen TV, DVD player, a dining area with a kitchen and upright stove, microwave and full size fridge. The property also has a washing machine and clothes line.
There are two bedrooms, the first with a queen bed, and the second with two singles. There is also a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet (no bath).This property has off street parking for one car.

There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
